Our Delivery Driver is responsible for accurate and timely fulfillment for our wholesale partners as well as growing and maintaining brand awareness of the Brewery. Individuals for this role must demonstrate a high degree of motivation, accept responsibility for process outcomes and demonstrate flexibility to work in multiple areas within our operation.  A frontline job of the utmost importance, individuals with a passion for great beer, hard work and who possess a keen eye for detail will be well suited for this role. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver beer kegs and packaged beer to local restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and other retail customers

• Collect empty kegs

• General warehouse duties as required

• Keep a clean work environment.

• Additional duties may include representing Brewery Ardennes at various events, festivals and promotions

• Miscellaneous duties may be also include assisting in Tasting Room service, landscaping and/or other maintenance tasks

Required Experience & Qualities

• Work experience in a brewery, craft beverage setting or delivery role preferred

• Clean & Valid Drivers License

• Experience driving a large van/truck

• Good knowledge of Finger Lakes, Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Ithaca & Corning

• Passion for Craft Beer

• Ability to lift and move kegs and can cases on a regular basis

• Basic computer skills for accessing online delivery schedules, invoices, and scanning and tracking keg QR codes

• Hands-on experience with manufacturing and  inventory management

• Knowledge of beer offerings (flavors, ingredients, etc.) preferred

• Work collaboratively with other team members, including assisting with customer service as needed

• Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
