This amber farmhouse ale is traditionally released to celebrate the coming of fall. A unique yeast strain and warm fermentation creates a saison with fruity aromas of bananas and orange and light spice notes of coriander.  The refreshing carbonation and mild hop bitterness provide a lingering dry finish. Pair it with fall vegetables, cheddar cheeses and grilled poultry.
