We're turning 4! Help us celebrate our anniversary with a special Dinner Pairing Experience celebrating what great food, award-winning beer and friends. The curated pairing menu created by our Head Chef Jayden White will showcase the best seasonal Finger Lakes ingredients. Brewmaster & Founder Derek Edinger will be pairing each course with the style that started it all: Tripel, including a special Limited Release Tripel Aged in Tequila barrels.

$98.00 per person includes 4-course menu inclusive of Belgian-inspired beer with each course. Not into beer? We'll pair your courses with NY State wines.

One shared seating at a communal table between the tanks in the Brewery will be offered for one night only at 6:00pm.
