We’re welcoming our friends from Hollerhorn Distilling for a friendly rivalry - to your benefit! You'll get to learn more about beer and spirit making plus select your preferred pairing presented with each course of the curated menu created by our Head Chef Jayden.
$94.00 per person includes 3-course Chef's menu paired with an Ardennes' Belgian-inspired beer and a cocktail and/or spirit from Hollerhorn. Not into beer? We'll pair each course with Finger Lakes wines and ciders from our list.
One shared seating at a communal table between the tanks in the Brewery will be offered at 6:00pm. The delicious menu inclusive of Ardennes’ Belgian-inspired beer and Hollernhorn spirit pairings will be posted soon.
