We're turning 5! Help us celebrate this milestone with a special Dinner Pairing Experience celebrating great food, award-winning beer and friends. This special curated pairing menu created by our Head Chef Jayden White will showcase the best seasonal Finger Lakes ingredients. Brewmaster & Co-Founder Derek Edinger will be pairing each course with the style that started it all: Tripel, including a special Limited Release Tripel Aged in High West Old Fashioned barrels and a few surprise pours.
$104.00 per person includes 4-course menu inclusive of Belgian-inspired beer with each course. Not into beer? We'll pair your courses with NY State wines.
One shared seating at a communal table between the tanks in the Brewery will be offered for one night only at 6:00pm.
