Brewed in collaboration with Brasserie Thiriez during Belgium BeerVENTURE 2026, Harmonie is the fruit of our shared love for rustic and traditional handcrafted beers. The recipe was collaboratively developed using barley malt and spelt local to Brasserie Thiriez in Northern France and two hop varieties brought from New York by Derek and Stacey: Pearl and Triumph. The label art was created by a French artist to celebrate the friendship of Ardennes’ Barley meeting Thiriez’s beloved Olive the cat.
