Inspired by the beers brewed by Trappist monks, this collaboration with Strangebird is a Belgian-style amber ale brewed with a unique yeast strain and brettanomyces. With aromas of honeysuckle and jasmine, the long, dry finish has with hints of pie crust and sourdough. It pairs well with aged hard cheeses, spicy foods and grilled fish.
