Inspired by the beers brewed by Trappist monks, this malty-rich ale has fruity aromas of plum and raisin that is complemented by hints of brown sugar from its time in Jamaican rum barrels.  The lingering finish is dry and complex. Brewed with a variety of Belgian malts, it pairs well with roasted meats, dark chocolate and blue cheeses.
