Rum Barrel Aged Quadrupel

Robust | Caramelized | Smooth

9.3% ABV

Inspired by the traditional beers of Trappist monks, this robust ale pours a deep chestnut color with aromas of raisins and dates. The malty-forward flavor has hints of toasted brown sugar from its time in Jamaican rum barrels. It makes a great pairing with aged cheeses, chocolate and roasted meats.
