Aged for several months in bourbon barrels from Finger Lakes Distilling, this Belgian-inspired ale has a malty-rich flavor that balances subtle spices and hints of caramel. The finish is lingering and smooth. Brewed with a variety of Belgian malts, it makes a great pairing with roasted meats, dark chocolate and nutty cheeses.
