Translated from French as “beer for keeping”, this dark amber Bière de Garde farmhouse ale is traditionally released in cooler winter months. It balances aromas of toasted malt with rich flavors of malted barley with mild hop bitterness. Pair it with roasted meats, robust cheeses and stews.
