Made in the lambic style traditional to Belgium, this sour fermented in neutral barrels for over 6 months with tart Damson plums from Red Jacket Orchards and wild yeast. Its lingering finish is dry, with layers of lush fruit and pleasing tannins. Pair it with grilled beef, rabbit and game birds, intense brie cheese, chocolate and fruited desserts.
